GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE TO THE PUBLIC

We recommend that you perform this operation before you start adding products to your shopping cart. However, you can also do this after selecting the products of your choice. You will not be able to "finalize the order without being registered and without completing the login.

To complete your order, after choosing the items and quantities per item in the online store, you must access the option "checkout", you must confirm all the data, namely billing and / or delivery addresses, and choose the payment method. To finish, select the "place to order" option.

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 3 working days from the time of payment confirmation.

All orders that are not confirmed by payment, within 5 days, will be deconsidered and consequently cancelled.

SHIPPING MODES

Orders are shipped whenever possible via CTT Express. The estimated transit time after shipment is 1 business day to the continent, and between 5/8 working days for the Autonomous Regions and 2/5 working days for the rest of Europe (2/3 days Mainland Spain). Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.

Mainland Portugal

For shipments to Mainland Portugal, up to a maximum weight of 30 kgs per order, the shipping cost is 5.00 euros.

Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores, Rest of Europe

In all orders will be provided the registration number so that, at any time you can consult, through the website of CTT Expresso or your post office, where it is.

Prices

The prices set forth in this online store, unless otherwise stated, will be valid for the day on which they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date, even if he/she pays or receives on a later day.

All items presented on the website are subject to stock availability until the time the order is actually settled. The missing items will not be invoiced, and you can in your preferences choose to replace a similar item or cancel your order, In case of cancellation of the order, the amount already paid will be returned by bank transfer. In case of replacement, the price invoiced will be that of the replacement product and not the one originally ordered.

Prices set, except for misspelling, publication or stock breakage, include VAT and are valid only for this store and for the day they are advertised. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WARRANTY

Our store undertakes to comply with the terms of point #1 of Article 6 of Decree Of Law 143/2001, of April 26, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a period of 14 days to resolve the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason. In addition, our store undertakes to comply with all current legislation on direct distance sales and e-commerce, namely Decree 143/2001, Decree of Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions in force that apply to this business.

In the case of returns, we appreciate the good packaging of the returned items, because only intact items, in good condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
